Ingredients

  • 250g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 100ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, zest, and honey.
  3. 3Layer the chocolate mixture and orange mixture alternately in ice pop moulds.
  4. 4Use a skewer to create a marble effect.
  5. 5Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. 6Run moulds briefly under warm water to release.

Tips for Success

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • Add a little protein powder for extra nutrition.
  • Silicone moulds release ice pops most easily.
