Ingredients

  • 300g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 150g mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of ½ lemon

Method

  1. 1Blend berries with half the yogurt until smooth.
  2. 2Mix remaining yogurt with honey, vanilla, and lemon zest.
  3. 3Layer the berry mixture and vanilla mixture in lolly moulds.
  4. 4Use a skewer to create a swirl pattern.
  5. 5Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  6. 6Run moulds under warm water briefly to release.

  • Greek yogurt keeps these high in protein.
  • Try different fruit combinations like mango-lime or peach.
  • These are great post-workout snacks.
